Synopsis:
Hairitage dives into the mindspace of Phyllis, a young black actress who is honoring her late mother through her first acting gig. A hair stylist who doesn’t know how to do her hair on the set of the shoot shatters this reverie. With halted self-confidence, Phyllis is jolted into an interaction with three other black actresses (from different historical eras) with varying hair stories, propelling her to realize she is not alone on this journey to self-discovery and appreciation of her heritage.
